Steve Fawdry
Founder | Fatigue Recovery Specialist | Therapist & Coach
Helping adults, children and teens regain their build energy, health and confidence since 2007.
I’m Steve Fawdry — a therapist and health coach who has personally experienced unexplained fatigue.
I know how confusing and isolating it feels when your body stops co-operating and no one can give you clear answers.
That experience led me to explore the powerful connection between the brain, body and stress response -and to see that with the right support, meaningful recovery is absolutely possible.

It inspired me to create New Pathways — a science-informed, gentle, and compassionate approach that helps calm the nervous system, retrain unhelpful patterns, and restore confidence in your body's ability to heal.
